I have come across another amazing freebie software for digital painters and artists. My Paint is absolutely fantastic when it comes to creating drawings as the flow and movement of the strokes is
flawless.  It is an open source application which means there is nothing to lose as it is free. I’m starting to love My Paint and I think you will be seeing me using this program a lot from now on. As much as I love Gimp, I would have to say that My Paint wins in regards to fluidity of strokes.

Using this new found software, I decided to create several experimental sketches to create my characters. So far, the they have turned out quite evil and I do wonder if the recent Halloween has affected my art. Saying that, I have always had a quirk for macabre every now and again.

I will be developing my Squibbulbs and hopefully I will be creating comic strips on this in the near future. It kind of reminds me of Pon and Zi, but I’ll try to develop my style and make it my own! I will be incorporating Likha (girl) with Squibbulbs since she is also an original character that I’m currently developing.
