Digitally created in Gimp
I’m still feeling the Kawaii in me. I think this isn’t a phase, but rather something that will be a part of me now. I can’t resist the cuteness!
Anyway, I am still waiting for my jewellery supplies to arrive which is why I decided to focus my creativity somewhere else. I kind of miss my tablet… In fact, it has been awhile since I last used it in all honesty. So here is my first attempt in creating a Digitally Design Squibbulb. All from scratch… all in GIMP!
The drawing isn’t completely finished… there are still some issues with transparency, smoothness/roughness and jitter. Although in the long run, I’m pretty happy with it! Since I have only attempted with my tablet a few times (I get easily frustrated when I can’t get what I want), It isn’t so bad for newbie, I think.
The longer I use GIMP, the more I seem to fall in love with it… maybe I can use Photoshop in the future when I get more practice… and money. For now, I’m very satisfied with GIMP and really happy with this cute being!
